    Yes,we are mainly doing customized products according to the customers’ drawings or samples.

    Yes, besides the customized parts,we also can offer some standard parts which are mainly used for cosmetic packaging,  daily necessities packaging, and cosmetics packaging industries.

    We now have more than 20 employees, including 5 technicians.

    The company has 8 fully automatic multi-station punch presses, more than 30 various types of press automation equipment, 10 injection molding machines, 5 chemical polishing lines, 3 oxidation lines, and 5 various assembly lines. With an annual output of more than 200 million pieces of various products.
  • How to guarantee the quality of your goods?
    Firstly,we will do the inspection after every process.For the finished products,we will do 100% inspection according to the customers’ requirements and the international standard. Secondly,we have our own testing lab and advanced and complete inspection equipment in factory. With these advanced facilities & instruments, we are able to supply the precise finished products to our customers, and make products meeting their overall inspection requirements on chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing and high precise dimensional inspections.
  • How to deliver the goods to us?
    Usually we will ship the goods to you by sea,because we are in Ningbo,and we are only 35 kilometers away from the Ningbo Port,it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other countries.Of course,if your goods are very urgent,the Ningbo Airport and Shanghai Airport are also very nearby.
  • What’s the payment term?
    When we quote for you,we will confirm with you the way of transaction,FOB,CIF,CNF,etc. For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before producing and70% balance against copy of documents.The most common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.
  • Where are your products mainly exported to?
    Our products are mainly exported to over 30 countries such as USA,Germany,Japan,Spain,Italy,UK,Korea,Australia,Canada and etc.Our clients include many OEM customers who specialize in train,automobile,forklift and construction machinery,we already have had cooperation with more than 10 of the world’s Top 500 companies as one of their major casting suppliers in China.
